If we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment already taken for products we cannot supply.

6. Your Right to Cancel
When purchasing online, consumers generally have a legal right to change their mind and cancel an eligible order.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your order.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as an enhanced or express service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery service.
